Bright top floor apartment
In the attic (2nd floor of the house) is the large apartment (100m²) with a spacious living room and a south-facing balcony. The bright and spacious living room is equipped with a wood stove for warmth even on cool evenings. The apartment has two separate bedrooms (1 x double bed 180/200 and 1 x double bed 180/200 + bunk bed 90/200) and an additional sleeping area (1 x double bed 140/200) separated from the living area. The apartment alone is ideal for 4 adults + up to 4 children. A kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a separate toilet and a spacious entrance area are also available. Children’s chair and crib, as well as a protective grate for the wood stove are provided free of charge if needed.

On the upper floor (1st floor) there are 2 additional double rooms (each 20 m² with WC, washbasin, shower and south-facing balcony), which are automatically provided for you if you book for more than 6 adults (booking for 7-8 adults => 1 additional double room, booking for 9-10 adults = 2 additional double rooms).
Large terrace & barbecue
On the first floor there is a large terrace for relaxing, eating, grilling and playing with children. The terrace includes several table, a barbecue and deck chairs and a large garden. There is free parking directly in front of the house.
Overview
The house has a common main entrance. A staircase leads to all floors. On the first floor lives all year round 1 person in a separate apartment.
On the 1st floor there are 6 guest rooms of which 2 are at your disposal if you have reserved the apartment for more than 6 adults (booking for 7-8 adults => 1 additional double room, booking for 9-10 adults = 2 additional double rooms). On the 2nd floor is your large 100 m² apartment.
Other important notes
Sometimes guests reserve our house Panorama to celebrate a special occasion and we are very happy when they choose our house. It is the ideal place to spend convivial evenings with friends or family. However, we ask all guests to respect the special atmosphere of the place (nature, conviviality, mountain idyll, tranquility) and would like to let you know in advance that the apartment is therefore not suitable for loud parties and at 24.00 is night silence. In the house Panorama permanently live other people, thank you for your understanding that we want a harmonious coexistence!
