This house has retained its cosy character as a guesthouse, but has been converted into holiday flats. The shared entrance leads to a staircase that serves the three floors. On the ground floor there is a separate flat where the good soul of the house, “Grandma Mariza”, lives all year round. The holiday flat for 10 people is on the first floor and the holiday flat for 6 people is on the second floor.
On the ground floor there is a large terrace for relaxing, eating, barbecuing and playing with the children. The terrace includes several tables, a barbecue and deckchairs as well as a large garden with a playground. There is free parking directly in front of the house.
The Berghaus PANORAMA is also an ideal starting point for easy hikes with children (there is a river nearby) or sporty hikes to the peaks.

SEASONS & BOOKINGS
The Berghaus Panorama is open from the beginning of May to the end of October. The length of stay you can book depends on the season.
Early (01/15 – 22/06) and late season (14/09 – 27/10):
- Booking from 2 nights
- 37% discount on weekdays (Mon-Thu, Sun)
- 10% discount from 7 nights
- Check-in Mon to Sun from 3 pm, check-out until 10 am
High season (22/06 – 14/09)
- Whole weeks
- 10% discount from 7 nights
- Check-in only on Saturday from 5 pm, check-out until 10 am

By default, the two holiday flats cannot be booked together, please send us an enquiry if you would like to book them together.
Other important notes
Sometimes our guests book our place to celebrate a special occasion, and we are very happy that they choose to do it by us. It is the ideal place to spend convivial evenings with friends or family. However, we ask everyone to respect the special peace of the place and that the apartment is therefore not suitable for noisy parties. From 10.30 PM, quietness prevails because other people also live in the Berghaus Panorama. Thanks in advance!
